  • Derivatives and Offshore Operations

    Operations Department provides middle to back office support function to various business units of the Company e.g. confirmation and settlement of all equity, debt, mutual fund and derivatives trading activities both listed and OTC as well as investment banking transactions. The Department aims to be a partner with business units and is committed to provide efficient support service on a timely manner with accurate information and in compliance with applicable law and regulations.

    Job Descriptions:

    • The successful candidate will report to the Head of Operations Department and be exposed to derivatives listed in TFEX as well as offshore investment businesses of the Company. 
    • Handle all trades processing, confirmation, settlement of derivatives business. The successful candidate will handle iFISd, SETTRADE, New Clearing and BSB system including participating in Testing & Development Program on TFEX /TCH /BSB system and Internal System.
    • Handle all trades processing, confirmation, and settlement of offshore investment business.
    • Identify and implement process improvements, especially in response to market and regulatory developments/changes
    • Involve in new process developments in the area of responsibility, including working with IT Department for system development and enhancement
    • Update the changes in policies, procedures and guidelines in order to ensure that the operational functions are in compliance with the changes

    Qualifications:
